Steve Noller grew up in the family business, working alongside his grandfather, Otto Willard "O.W." Noller, who founded Noller Ford in 1960 (originally Noller Motors). O.W.'s son, Laird Noller, expanded the business in Topeka and Lawrence before Steve continued its growth as the Noller Auto Group, extending operations as far as Kalispell, Montana. Today, Steve is proud to see his seven grandchildren spending time in the dealerships, just as he did as a child, with the hope of continuing the Noller family's legacy into a fifth generation.

Jordan Noller grew up playing at the dealership, answering phones in the reception office of Laird Noller Ford as a kid. As the daughter of Steve Noller and granddaughter of Laird Noller, the dealership has always felt like home. Today, she serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Noller Auto Group, carrying on the family legacy while helping shape its future. When she's not at work, Jordan enjoys life in Shawnee County with her two children and a lively crew of horses, dogs, and cats.

Matt Wells has been part of the Noller family for more than 35 years. As our Facilities Manager, he's the person who keeps our buildings, operations, and team running smoothly every day. Around here, it's hard to imagine the dealerships without him. Outside of work, Matt is our authentic local cowboy. He and his wife run a small horse boarding facility, where they care for their horses and mules and spend weekends riding the Kansas countryside.
